Keep work moving with email updates when teammates assign you a todo or comment on one assigned to you.

- **Know what needs your attention** — Assignment emails include the todo’s description and a preview of linked feedback, so you have context before opening Skyra.
- **Follow the conversation** — Read new comments on your assigned todos directly in the email, then open the todo to continue the discussion.
- **Fewer emails during busy discussions** — Updates arriving close together are grouped into one email.
- **Choose when to notify** — Use **Email assignee** when assigning a todo to control whether an assignment email is sent.
